This updates all Python packages that download their source from PyPi to
use pypi.mk.
This will allow future improvements/changes to pypi.mk to affect all
relevant packages.
This also makes it easier for future Python packages to start using
pypi.mk, when it's clear how it is used in existing packages.

This updates these packages to use the default PyBuild/Compile, instead
of defining their own Build/Compile.
This also updates the Python 2 and 3 versions to use the same TITLE.
This also updates the source url and adds src packages for python-gmpy2.

CVE-2013-7459 and CVE-2018-6594. Both patches taken from Fedora.
Also took the liberty to update the PKG_SOURCE_URL to a standard one.
Updated the home URL as well.

This guarantees for the package feeds that
the mk files will always be available for all packages.
Will need to see about external-feed Python packages
a bit later.

fix Makefile chmod (644)
replace MD5SUM with HASH
add PKG_MIRROR_HASH when PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=git
(PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=svn tarballs are not reproducible for now)

I admit this may be be a bit aggressive, but the lang
folder is getting cluttered/filled up with Python, PHP, Perl,
Ruby, etc. packages.
Makes sense to try to group them into per-lang folders.
I took the Pythons.

This fixes setup.py so that it uses the endianness of the target system
instead of detecting endianness from the host. This affects the
computation of RIPEMD-160 hashes.
