host-compile fails on macos due to several reasons:
1. host-compile Makefile always selected for linux
2. macos host cc (clang) fails due to implicit-function-declaration
3. ar and ranlib tools are hardcoded in softethervpn Makefiles
All three issues are fixed by this patch

softethervpn overrides nls.mk by defining its iconv functions. This only
works if the libc has iconv. In addition, it does not allow external
libiconv usage. TARGET_LDFLAGS is also the wrong place to add -liconv.
Removed SSL3 patch. It was needed for OpenSSL 1.0.2 but not anymore.

This package install both server client and bridge app... This is useless if someone needs to run only the server on the device. Split the package in 3 subpackage and a base package that contains file needed by all 3. This also upgrade the package to latest release to fix some bug and memory leak.

Remove hack to avoid readline host dependency, now that readline is
being host/built.
Pass on HOST_CFLAGS, HOST_CPPFLAGS, & HOST_LDFLAGS, to fix buildbots
host-compile errors about not finding openssl headers.

The softethervpn does not actually supported CCFLAGS, or other standard
variables, so we need to override CC to include all of those to fix
build errors with external toolchains.
