provide URL for downloading the firmware update package

these pdf describe both the SOC hardware and the functional
specification for the UARTBoot. We don't really care about the
protocol as it is implemented by kwboot and the image is made by
mkimage but it's nice to have the original datasheets around so
that people can take a look.
