The buildbots do not have zlib installed and therefore cannot build zabbix
checking for zlib support... no

Buildbots are failing on kea because kea/host is failing:
checking for OpenSSL library... configure: error: OpenSSL auto detection
failed
I'm guessing the buildbots do not have OpenSSL installed and the
configure script does not find the proper location for OpenSSL.

* add a 'Net Error Check' which treats a missing
internet availability as an error (disabled by default)
* add a 'List Auto Expiry' which automatically resets
the 'Faulty Stations' list after n minutes,
default is '0' which means no expiry (old behaviour).
* rework major parts of the check subroutine
* add both features to LuCI frontend (separate PR/commit)

To return the number of connected clients.
At present this can be partially inferred by using a count() over one of
the existing metrics, however this doesn't handle the case when there
are no connected clients. When that happens, the count() will return no
data instead of 0.

These output a count of the number of packets transmitted/received, so
should be tracked as a counter. As it stands, promtool is warning that
these shouldn't be named ending _total if they're a gauge.

This adds more details on the PYTHON[3]_PKG_SETUP_* variables, the
