- COPYING as a license is no longer available. It's LICENSE
- Add PKG_CPE_ID
- Add a description
- Add Python sources
- Add me as maintainer as the previous maintainer is inactive in OpenWrt
- Changed URL to Git repository, where you can find more details
- Moved TITLE to Default

This guarantees for the package feeds that
the mk files will always be available for all packages.

Will need to see about external-feed Python packages
a bit later.

Update source to version 3.12 and build for both, python and python3.

I admit this may be be a bit aggressive, but the lang
folder is getting cluttered/filled up with Python, PHP, Perl,
Ruby, etc. packages.

Makes sense to try to group them into per-lang folders.

I took the Pythons.
