Extension playhouse.gfk is no longer supported and has been remove by the author of peewee because he didn't like it too much, as he states in this post.

Here the last available version of gfk.py has been back-ported and patched to work correctly with peewee>=3. Our code as been updated to reference our implementation of gfk and work with peewee version 3.

Labeled as bug because it's confirmed broken in Python 3.7.3, provided by Debian repository.
