clist: Speedup functions (#2208)

* clist: Speedup detachNext() and detachPrev()

We used unnecessary function calls, defers, and extra mutexes.
These are not our friends for writing fast code in our libs.

* Remove more defers from clist functions

* Add more benchmarks
