Subject: [PATCH] libfdk-aacenc: Fix building with libfdk-aac v2

When flushing the encoder, we now need to provide non-null buffer

|
parameters for everything, even if they are unused.
|
|
|
|
The encoderDelay parameter has been replaced by two, nDelay and

nDelayCore.
