gatling: decrease optimisation

When compiling on MIPS-architectures, in -O2 there happen some
|
|
errors on interlinking. Linker will will fail with:
|
|
|
|

Reducing optimisation works around these errors and looks like
|
|
a fairly common solution to this problem.
