Drop upstreamed libfdk-aac patches.

ffserver was removed in 4.0. ffmpeg does not have a replacement.

The patch created patch files in the ffmpeg build directory, which did
absolutely nothing. Properly backported them.

After:

prefix=/usr
exec_prefix=/usr
libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib
