Add ability to configure a static remote ip in pptp config file
This change has backward compatibility with old config files

Also remove the MAINTAINER as intructed

This replaces the use of uci_validate_section() with
uci_load_validate(), which removes the need to declare local variables
for every config option.

This also adds a service_triggers() function and removes some
unnecessary curly brackets.

To have service working nicely with procd it should be running in the
foreground. Otherwise it's not possible to e.g. stop it with the init.d
script. Luckily for us pptpd has a simple switch that allows it.

Add uci option logwtmp; when enabled updates wtmp when users
connect and disconnect
