(PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=svn tarballs are not reproducible for now)

The pkgconfig file is generated at make-time, leading to absolute /usr/include & /usr/lib search paths.
The patch lets autoconf handle pkgconfig file subst, like other packages do.
