Added patch to fix compilation with musl 1.2.x.

Install nss-config file and fix it up. Might help some packages...

usleep is deprecated and is optionally not available with uClibc-ng.

Added PKG_LICENSE_FILES.

Added PKG_CPE_ID for proper CVE tracking.
