The crude loop I wrote to come up with this changeset:

  find -L package/feeds/packages/ -name patches | \
  sed 's/patches$/refresh/' | sort | xargs make

This update also:
    - enables parallel builds
    - moves to the CMake build system
    - removes the redundant InstallDev stanza
