This solves the compiling errors with the musl C library.

this commit fixes musl build

precompiled headers are not strictly necessary according to
https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Precompiled-Headers.html

precompiled headers will probably be broken anyway in cross-compile cases
