The crude loop I wrote to come up with this changeset:

  find -L package/feeds/packages/ -name patches | \
  sed 's/patches$/refresh/' | sort | xargs make

res_nsend and res_send are both not available in uClibc-ng as configured
in OpenWrt. Having this function return an error is the only sensible way
to fix.
