replace MD5SUM with HASH
add PKG_MIRROR_HASH when PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=git

(PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=svn tarballs are not reproducible for now)

the command with a more generic one.

The ibrcommon is a C++ abstraction library for several platforms (linux,
win32, osx, ...) and is development together with IBR-DTN an implementation
of DTN stack following the Bundle Protocol RFC 5050.
