Add custom meson build since the Makefile requires too much patching
anyway.
Stop using uClibc++. It will be removed in the near future.

This version contains NVME fixes.
Edited the patches to modify the package Makefile directly so as to reduce
hacks in the OpenWrt Makefile.
Added LTO support to lower filesize by ~4KB.

This allows to get rid of the heavy libstdcpp dependency.
Added -fno-rtti to save a little space (200 bytes).
Also did some Makefile rearrangements for consistency.
Added HTTPS to URLs.
