Subject: [PATCH] use std::string_view when available |

There's a standard C++ macro to check for its existence. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
libstdc++ from GCC makes it available under C++17 and up. libcxx from |
|
|
|
LLVM makes it available everywhere. |
|
|
