lcdgrilo: Fix compilation with newer Vala It seems semantics changed slightly. Cleaned up Makefile for consistency between packages. Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation. Fixed license information. Signed-off-by: Rosen Penev <rosenp@gmail.com>
