json-glib: bump to 1.6.0 Version bump. New stable branch. ABI_VERSION added. Tests can now be disabled directly. The python3 check is now disabled, as it causes problems with the new Github Action tests. Signed-off-by: Sebastian Kemper <sebastian_ml@gmx.net>
