- Subject: [PATCH] Fix infinite loop in xmlStringLenDecodeEntities

- When ctxt->instate == XML_PARSER_EOF,xmlParseStringEntityRef
- return NULL which cause a infinite loop in xmlStringLenDecodeEntities
-
- Found with libFuzzer.
