Do not stop the webserver before performing HTTP challenge (challenge
is on port 80, webserver should be listening on port 443 only).

As post-renewal hook just reload the webserver, don't restart.

Add role prefix to role specifig variable to avoid conflicts when
using multiples role on the same machine on the same play.

Needed to have multiple certbot calls for differents domain in the
same host in the same playbook.

- Coherent quotation style
    Single quotes for text variable (even if implicit), no quotes for
    variable and conditional statements, if not required.
